About appointments: We focus on making your time on Cloud 9 a relaxing and nurturing experience. Please, understand that we can not accommodate "walk-ins". Call 408-354-0710 and leave a message with your preferred appointment times and your day and night time phone numbers. For changes, please give us a 24hr cancellation notice, or donate 50% of your service fee into the Cloud9 Goodwill Fund.
